At Ebb and Flow, we believe that happiness begins by creating harmony in our mind, body, and spirit. People of all ages and abilities need access to functional movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. We hope to empower our clients with the social, emotional, and physical practices to help them grow with strength, vitality, and happy hearts.
Jess is a lifelong learner whose passion is helping others. With a background in design, a love for yoga, and a gift of communication, she creates a safe and empowering environment that encourages people to discover their whole selves. Jess is a registered Social Emotional Learning Facilitator, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and an Inquiry based Educator.
We have a variety of offerings for all ages and stages of life. Jess can work one one-on-one with individuals to create a functional and sustainable plan to address specific needs and goals. She is also available for group sessions that incorporate art, journaling, movement, and connection. These sessions are themed around the physical environment, seasons of the year and special occasions.
